CSS Reboot Sneak Preview
Due to the overwhelming responses from my one reader (thanks Jennifer) here’s a little idea of what’s to come at wilshire|one. Thoughts?

I am sure the new design will look as smart as this one here. Although i do often not like green/grey combinations. It´s hard to find a good working green for screens.

I’m also kind of curious how you make the date do that rather than displaying in the regular TXP way.

Glad there’s some interest out there. Looks like I’ve tripled my readership :)
Matthew, the date is actually being displayed twice with different formats. I’m using my rss_posted plugin so that I can link from the posted dates directly to a date filtered view of my archive.
Once the new site is up I plan on doing a series of writeups detailing how things like this were built.

I’ll hate to see your current design go, since I like it so much, but the new one looks great. If you can pull off green and black nicely, you’re the man. And from the sneak peek, it looks like you’re well on your way…

I’m also looking forward to see the final result. I like using black and green combination. Sneak preview looks neat!
Are you rebooting on May 1st or are you, like me, waiting for 1.0 to be released?

I will in fact be rebooting on May 1 so be sure to check back. I’ve settled on an RC3 version from a few weeks ago that seems to be working fine for me.
I’m feeling a lot of pressure now! Hope the new design works out…
