I've Got Google Numbered

Anyone involved in some sort of web development will ultimately be interested in search engine placement. How many times have you found yourself counting down the search results to see what number your result is? I know I’ve done that more times than I’d care to admit.

Up until now that is, thanks to Dave Child’s Numbered Google Results bookmarklet. Aside from the fact that he has a great domain name, Dave has come up with a great little tool. Simply file the bookmarklet away in your favorites or keep it on your toolbar for quick access. When you’re viewing google search results, just click the bookmarklet and voila! You’ll have numbered search results.

Quite a handy little tool and also available for MSN as well.
