More Textpattern DB Manager Updates

Another set of small updates to the rss_admin_db_manager has been published. The updates include the following new features:

• The ability to run TRUNCATE statements (as suggested by Mary)
• The ability to exclude the txp_log table from the backup file. Requires MySQL 4.1.9 and up (as suggested by Steve)
• Better placement of the debug output
