Back From Summer Break

Not that I’ve been on vacation for a few months, just been on an obvious break from posting. Aside from enjoying the summer while its here, I’ve completed a variety of projects over the past few months, all for the most part Textpattern related.

What I Been Doing

The projects range from customizing my existing plugins and writing new plugins to designing a Textpattern architecture to fit with existing HTML templates to full site designs. I will begin posting the details on various projects shortly.

Keeping up with all of the SVN activity could be a full time job as well with all of the work the TXP dev team has been cranking out. It seems that a new version of TXP is imminent.

What I Need To Do

In short, redesign. I think another reason I’ve slacked on posting is that I’ve become tired of the current design. Once I spent a couple months designing, and then a few more months reading my posts as I wrote them, I found that I wanted a change. Since free time was minimal to non-existent, I just stopped looking at the site. Problem solved!

So I guess its true, its not easy being green. Which means that will likely change someday soon. How it all goes down, I don’t know. I might have to break out some of the animated gifs of construction barrels that I have circa 1994.
