Finally Upgraded to 4.0.3
I finally took the plunge and upgraded to Textpattern version 4.0.3. I’ve been hestitant because of the number of plugins being used on the site. You never know what’s going to break. And until recently I knew so of my own plugins didn’t work with version 4.
So please do let me know if you see anything acting funky now.

Oh, I saw something funky the other day – a monkey on a bicycle! Do you believe that? Crazy! And funky!
... oh, you mean on this site? No nothing funky… :)

Funny thing is, that last comment actually broke the site. I ran into the problem referenced here on the forums regarding a new file called evaluator_trace.php that is written to each time a comment is posted.
I was using textpattern/tmp as my plugin_cache_dir which led to that new file being executed each time a page was requested, and then, kaboom!

Hehe yeah, I noticed that my comment messed up some stuff .. But I guess it wasn’t my fault – even though the comment was embarrasingly off topic … Like this one …
