rss_suparchive updates (0.16)

I finally managed to fix the date filtering feature of rss_suparchive when used with newer versions of Textpattern that include 404 error handling support.

Download version 0.16 to get that update along with an update to limit the number of queries that are run by the plugin.

This update was tested with the TXP 4.0.3 (r1207) which is the latest SVN version as of now but works fine in testing on sites running anything down to RC3.
